Human Kininogen Two Chain Purified High Molecular Weight from Innovative Research has been prepared by Kallikrein digestion of Kininogen, which is then purified to remove trace Kallikrein, resulting in the two-chain, Kinin-free form of Kininogen. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 4 mM sodium acetate-HCl/ 0.15 M NaCl/ pH 5.3, with a concentration of 1mg/ml and a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis (complete reduction when incubated with 2-mercaptoethanol).
